Clear rules for buying, installing, and using ILoveEsim eSIM data plans.
By creating an account, buying an eSIM, accepting the checkout terms, or using ILoveEsim, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy in effect at that time. If you buy for someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their email and send them the eSIM.
ILoveEsim sells digital mobile-data eSIM plans for supported destinations. Plans are prepaid, delivered electronically, and, unless the product page says otherwise, do not include phone calls, SMS, a local phone number, emergency services, or roaming outside the described coverage.
You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for securing your account, QR codes, installation links, and credentials, and for notifying us of unauthorized use.
Before purchasing, you must verify that your phone, tablet, or other device supports eSIM, is carrier unlocked, allows additional eSIM profiles, and supports the bands or technologies needed at the destination. Incompatibility, carrier lock, system restrictions, or accidental profile deletion can prevent use.
Coverage, included countries, data allowance, validity, expected speed, fair-use policies, hotspot support, top-ups, and activation timing depend on the selected package and local operators. The product page and details shown before payment form part of these terms for that purchase.
After approved payment, we normally deliver instructions, QR code, LPA code, or installation link by email and/or in your dashboard. You need a stable internet connection to install. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support tells you to, because many profiles cannot be reinstalled or transferred to another device.
Some plans start when installed and others when they first connect to a compatible network at the destination. Validity runs according to the rule shown for the plan and is not paused for non-use, time-zone changes, device misconfiguration, or intermittent network availability. Data usage is measured by the network provider.
The service depends on local operators and networks we do not directly control. Coverage, speed, latency, and stability may vary by location, congestion, weather, maintenance, government restrictions, device type, APN settings, network selection, and data roaming settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a permanent minimum speed.
You must use the eSIM lawfully for legitimate personal or business connectivity, without fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, spam, illegal activity, attacks, network interference, excessive automated use, or attempts to bypass technical limits. Local network providers may apply Network Traffic Management measures. On 'Unlimited' plans, if daily consumption exceeds a reasonable limit set by the local operator, speeds may be significantly reduced to prevent network congestion; this does not constitute a service interruption or grounds for a refund.
Prices, currency, discounts, credits, coupons, referrals, applicable fees, and estimated taxes are shown before checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors before issuing an eSIM. Your payment provider, bank, or card issuer may apply conversions, fees, or additional checks.
eSIMs are personalized digital goods. An installed, activated, or data-consumed eSIM is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, as the network profile has been generated and assigned, incurring costs with the local network operator. Refund requests for uninstalled and unactivated eSIMs will only be considered if made within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact support before installing or using the eSIM if you bought the wrong destination, your trip changed, the device appears incompatible, or you have a technical issue.
To help you, we may request order number, account email, ICCID, destination, device model, screenshots of settings, APN, selected network, error messages, approximate location, and connection tests. You must cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps; contacting us after the trip or without enough information may limit the available remedy.
We process account, order, payment, eSIM, technical usage, and support data according to the Privacy Policy. We may share the minimum necessary information with payment, infrastructure, email, technical analytics, and eSIM/network providers to issue, activate, troubleshoot, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders, accounts, credits, or service access if we detect fraud, security risk, breach of these terms, promotional abuse, improper payment disputes, legal restrictions, or use that harms ILoveEsim, providers, networks, or other users.
Referral credits are created as pending credit and are only released when the referred user installs the eSIM purchased with the referral code. If the eSIM is purchased but not installed, the credit is not awarded to the referrer. The credit shown in the account and order list may remain pending until the provider confirms the installation event. The user who receives the credit must complete the eSIM installation for the balance to become effective.
To the extent allowed by law, ILoveEsim is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, travel disruption, roaming charges from your primary carrier, incorrect settings, incompatible devices, third-party services, or network failures outside our control. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan.
We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, or commercial changes. The version applicable to your purchase is the version accepted at checkout, unless an update is required by law or security. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the new version.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank fraudulently or without attempting to resolve the issue with our support team first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account, block future use of the service, and deactivate the involved eSIMs without refund.
We shall not be liable for any service interruption, loss of connection, or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or internet shutdowns and regulations imposed by governments in the destination country.
Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You agree that any claim will be resolved individually, and you waive your right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
