How ILoveEsim collects, uses, shares, and protects the data needed to sell and manage eSIMs.
ILoveEsim is responsible for the data used to create accounts, manage orders, and provide support. For privacy questions, contact support@iloveesim.com from the email address associated with your account.
We process your name, email, verification status, image if provided by a sign-in provider, role, referral code, account credit, sessions, session technical data, and credentials or tokens managed by the authentication system.
We store orders, purchased package, price, currency, discounts, credit used, order status, ICCID, eSIM transaction number, activation status, usage/expiry data, and, where needed, QR or LPA installation data. For gifts, we store the recipient email and claim status.
When you contact support or an error is reported, we may process order number, ICCID, device model, country, screenshots or messages you send, URL, browser, IP address, technical events, and redacted metadata to investigate failures, abuse, or service issues.
We use this data to create and secure your account, issue eSIMs, show your dashboard, apply top-ups, credits, and referrals, send transactional email, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve support requests. We do not sell personal data.
We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, database, authentication, email, network/eSIM, approximate geolocation, currency, and diagnostics providers. Some providers may operate outside your country, so data may be transferred internationally with appropriate contractual and security measures.
We use session and security cookies to keep you signed in, a maintenance access cookie if applicable, interface preferences, and local storage for currency, approximate country, and referral codes. We do not use this data to sell advertising profiles.
We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for support, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. From your profile you can request or perform account deletion; core account, session, order, and eSIM data is deleted or disconnected where technical or legal records must be retained.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may complain to a data protection authority. To exercise rights, contact support@iloveesim.com using your account email.
